Department Profile
The Department of Orthopaedics provides structured care for fractures, trauma, joint disease and a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. Clinical pathways extend from emergency stabilisation and fracture reduction to operative fixation, joint reconstruction and post-operative rehabilitation.
The department is supported by dedicated inpatient beds, trauma care, plaster and procedure areas, operation-theatre facilities, C-arm imaging assistance and physiotherapy coordination. Teaching emphasises musculoskeletal examination, imaging correlation, trauma principles and operative orientation.
Restore mobility and function through accurate diagnosis, stable fixation, appropriate reconstruction and coordinated rehabilitation.
